for everyone
Pics taken from my grandfather funeral ceremony in Tana Toraja, South Sulawesi, Indonesia. The ceremony is held for 5 days. About 30 buffaloes being slaughtered, 60 or more hogs going to people stomach...
Funerals are not only an event for the family and community, but also for tourists. All funerals in Torajaland must be registered with the local government and then the tourist board, so that tour guides are kept aware of any funeral festivities tourists might see as they pass through. In this way, funerals bring in revenue for the local community...

If I remember, I have watch something like this in National Geographic or Discovery Channel. It's an awesome ceremony, and feel more of festivities than mourning. You have a great culture. God bless you.
